Pay Range: $28-$30/hour
Assistant Dental Practice Manager Responsibilities:
A successful Assistant Dental Practice Manager will have the following skills and exhibit these behaviors.
- Knowledge of dentistry, dental procedures, and dental insurance plans
- Strong background in treatment planning
- Prior front desk experience in dental
- Responsible for providing operational leadership and direction
- Track record of exceptional customer service experience
- Highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy
- A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members
- Great administrative organizational skills
Assistant Dental Practice Manager Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree is required
- Exceptional knowledge of dental terminology and processes
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in dental
- Strong treatment planning background
