Regional Support Manager
The Regional Support Manager is responsible for supporting the operational success of multiple dental locations and acting as a liaison between corporate leadership and local teams, as well as administrative and clinical staff. The Regional Support manager also provides operational leadership, direction and administrative assistance to the assigned dental practices in the region ensuring operational and financial effectiveness through its Practice Managers and Staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on operational support, both clinical and administrative, to dental practices across the region; particularly during transitions, new openings and where there is a clinical need for training and development or coverage
- Act as interim Practice Manager and floating Dental Assistant when needed, ensuring continued operational efficiency and team cohesion
- Partner with regional leaders to implement strategic initiatives aimed at improving practice performance and patient satisfaction
- Support training and development of new and existing Practice Managers and staff on operational protocols, software, systems, best practices and compliance standards
- Ensure practices adhere to all regulatory, legal and safety standards, including HIPPA, OSHA and infection control policies
- Facilitate communications between corporate functions (HR, RCM, IT, Marketing) and practice teams
- Lead and support special projects as assigned by regional leadership
- Assist in championing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture
- Coordinate with the HR and payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll entries for employees
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state regulations and ensure compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and other benefits-related legislation
Regional Dental Office Manager Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or other related degrees
- At least 5 years experience within operations management required
- Proven ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-pace environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach, teach and manage others
- Experience with managing budgets and delivering information from P&L statements and delivering strong results and growth through the management of financial resources
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information in a manner that inspires confidence and trust
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service

Work Environment
This role will involve working in a combination of dental practices. Travel to dental offices across the region when necessary is required.
Salary Range - $75,000-$80,000/annually
