We are currently seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Patient Services Representative to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of excellent dental care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tasks include answering the phone and distributing calls or messages accordingly 
  • Verifying insurances and confirming patient information
  • Providing patients with information of dental services, memberships, and treatments that are provided in the offices
  • Providing excellent customer service

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience - at least 1 year - in dental administration
  • Experience with Dentrix is required
  • Knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
  • Highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable and trustworthy
  • Spanish-speaking a plus

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Full Time - evening and weekend availability required
  • Salary Range: $18.00-$20.00/hour
  • Location: Remote
