We’re adding a Hygienist to our Marlton family on our Team schedule—built from team feedback to create real work/life balance. If you want a patient-first culture, clinical autonomy, and a paycheck you can count on, this is worth a look.

The schedule 

• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:00am–7:30pm
• Rotating Friday or Saturday: 7:30am–2:00pm (paid at double time)
• Paid 1-hour lunch each day
• 3 day weekends twice a month
• You work ~31.5 hrs/week and are paid for 38 hrs/week

Average Team Pay

• At a $48/hr base: ~$1,824/week paid (38 hrs) → ~$57.60/hr effective on hours worked (31.5)
